Punes Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar metro gets Rs 1,300 crore from centre

The 23.3-km-long Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar stretch would be the third Metro corridor in the city and is expected to cost Rs8,313 crore.

Ready Reckoner rates in Maharashtra to remain unchanged in 2018-19

This is the second time after 2009 that the government decided to maintain a status quo on Ready Reckoner (RR) rates. Last year, the RR rates were increased by 5.86% on an average. MahaRERA will be a year old on May 1. The GIS facility will mark the occasion, MahaRERA authorities said. “The new feature will enable mapping of registered projects. Stamp and registration department goes cashless in Pune

The facility will be introduced for Pune district and then replicated in the state from May 1, said state IGR Anil Kawade.
